Is it Bad to Bath when you're Tired? ? Is it Bad to Bath at Night? Is it Forbidden What is the effect?

 Is it bad to have no sleep or rest and then take a bath at night?

Bathing is a daily routine that is usually done once or twice. Its purpose is to remove any dirt from our body. It also improves the texture of the skin, according to the National Sleep Foundation cleaning the face and whole body will help prevent pimples or acne and any rashes. It really removes dryness and softens the body.



But it is very different from taking a bath without sleep. It is said to be harmful to our health. The different parts of our body have their own functions to regulate the system of our body. They also need rest to regain lost strength and function properly again.

Instead of your body system preparing to use it again, it is awake and continues to use it. Because without sleep and rest the body temperature increases, according to a study,  the hot glass is your body and this glass is filled with cold water, as a result the glass can crack or break.

What are the bad effects of bathing at night?

1. Bathing at night can cause rheumatism - rheumatism is an autoimmune disease whose symptoms are joint pain and inflammation. And if you have this disease, it can make the pain worse because of the cold water you bathe in.

2. Bathing at night causes rapid aging - the body finds it difficult to accept the cold when you bathe at night. Your metabolism slows down and the body will need a large supply of calories and oxygen to bring the body temperature back to normal.

3. Bathing at night can trigger your gout pain - this pain is due to the use of purine in the body to increase uric acid. Because of this, the kidney has a hard time removing or throwing away the contents that the body does not need.

4. Bathing at night destroys your metabolism - at night, the body's temperature is low and it starts to weaken due to the whole day's use so it needs rest to restore the lost energy, strength or flesh needed by body. When bathing at night, the pores of the skin are open and water can easily enter, which can damage the body's hormones.

5. Bathing at night can cause colds or fevers - because of the low and hot temperatures it is easier to catch colds and fevers.

6. Bathing at night causes muscle pain - because the water is cold and the body's pores are open.

7. There may be an accident in the bathroom - the normal reaction or condition of the body is to become weak and lethargic and therefore become reckless. The bathroom is a dangerous place because it is slippery and wet, you may slip or have an accident.

8. The skin can get scalded or burned - others get scalded or burned due to the hot sensation of the body and do not realize that the bath is hot.

 

Perhaps you are scolded by your grandparents or the elders, because bathing at night is said to cause blindness. but bathing at night is not the cause of blinding and will never affect your eyes. Blindness is caused by accidents, complications from health problems, congenital blindness or inborn. When you are sleepy, just avoid putting soap or shampoo on your eyes so they don't get irritated or itchy. Wrinkling and the possibility of eye infection can also be prevented by bathing.
