Answering crossword puzzles, brain games like chess, writing things about yourself and your dreams are just some of the many ways to relax and have fun.

Let's not forget the importance of proper food and nutrition that the brain needs to be healthy. Foods rich in Vitamin E, A and C help to prevent diseases related to obesity. These vitamins can be found in foods such as strawberries, peaches, broccoli, eggplant, oranges and similar citrus fruits, avocados, green tea, bananas, pumpkins, salmon, tuna, and various types of nuts. .
